Sickness is a status effect and game mechanic in Unturned.
Sickness[]
Sickness is a game mechanic which represents your relative sickness. When the bar reaches 0%, you will die of illness.
Causes for Sickness[]
A player can become sick by:
- Ingesting Red Berries, Purple Berries, or any of the raw meats.
- Getting bit by a zombie.
- Ingesting moldy foods.
- Entering a deadzone without a gasmask and filter.
